Senior Accountant - Consolidation and Reporting
Group Company is looking to recruit a Senior Accountant, Consolidation and Reporting for this position in its Subsidiaries company in Cairo, the successful applicant will be expected to supervise day to day transaction of the group accounting department and its Subsidiaries in addition to assist the CFO in all areas of financials Statements, budgeting, Reporting and presentation.
Duties and accountabilities will extend but not be limited to the following.
-Oversee, handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
-Assist with group financial statement preparation, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and disclosures, accurately on a timely basis
-Prepare and assist in preparing additional monthly and quarterly reporting
-Prepare internal and external financial reports and presentation
-Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, annual budgets, and business activity reports required by Management
-supervise and coordinate with entities’ subsidiary for Preparation of monthly reports, and monthly and year-end closing.
-Assist chief accountant for Preparing the company’s Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing consolidation including the consolidating balance sheet, statement of income and statement of cash flows under IFRS Standers.
-ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
-Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports required by Management.
-Other financial management duties assigned by the CFO
Essential Experience Requirements :
-At least 5+ years of experience in financial statements, intercompany transaction, And consolidation as per IFRS.
-Proven working experience as Senior or Chief Accountant Preferred in a multinational company
or worked as an External auditor with one of the big accounting firms
-fully Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
-Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
-Perfect knowledge of MS Office applications and presentation
-Excellent in English is a Must
-Very Good in Communication skills
-Accuracy and attention to details
