Egybell is hiring a Marketing Specialist for Medical Equipment Company in Dokki

Job Description:
• Organize, and coordinate company events such as conferences, workshops, missions, and campaigns…...
• Forecast and report the budget for different events.
• Work with and follow up on social media agencies on monthly or campaign social media content and spending
• Work with and follow up on advertising agencies on developing/printing branding and promotional material…
• Propose new promotion plans, ideas, and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head.
• Communicate with all the vendors aboard to propose/discuss any marketing activity. - Design & develop collateral materials, artworks, visuals…etc.
• Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally.
• Prepare market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results, and take action based on them.
• Attend all meetings and training scheduled by the company.
• Meet the marketing department’s objectives and KPIs.

Job Requirements:
• Maximum years of Experience: 1-2
• A marketing Diploma / Certificate is preferred.
• Experience in event organizing is preferred.
• Creativity and Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good Stakeholders management skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent computer skills.
