Senior Architecture Engineer

· Job Title: Architecture Engineer (Shop drawing – Site supervision – Management)
· Job Requirements
Educational Required: B.Sc.In Architecture .
Experience: from 05 to 07Years Preferred specialist in finishes residential villas
Computer Skills: Preferred Very Good ( AutoCAD & Microsoft office package )
Preferred Place of residence near New Cairo.
Good technical background. (Preferred Specific in high End finishes residential villas)
Must have analytical and negotiation skills.
Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

·Job Description
Architecture Engineer good experience Shop drawing & Site supervision and Management
Manage, design, develop, create projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical specifications and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
