Accountant Required
Job Description
"Complete assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles so that the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date.
Collect and classify simple financial information and assist senior accountants in preparing accurate and timely financial reports and accounting statements for senior management. These reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flows, debits and credits lists, payment schedules, regulatory reports, and files.
Generate periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Keeping abreast of current legislation related to finance and accounting.
Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Manage all accounting transactions.
Enhancing the confidentiality of financial data and making database backups when necessary.
Compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Conducting financial transactions and documents."
