We are hiring
"Senior Property Consultant"
Location: New Cairo
Job Description:
⁃Maintain an awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
⁃Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
⁃Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc.
⁃Arrange appointments with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
⁃Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
⁃Negotiate all contracts with clients, answering client questions and handling objections.
⁃Meet or exceed sales goals.
⁃Make presentations to promote new products and special deals.
⁃Communicate with operations to prepare sale documents.
⁃Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
⁃Coordinate selling process with the real-estate brokerage companies, following up with them.
Requirements:
-Real estate experience is a must.
⁃Strong negotiation skills.
⁃Presentable
⁃Bachelor Degree
⁃Good command of English
⁃Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
⁃Excellent communication skills and a team player.
⁃Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
