Senior Marketing Manager 
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop & manage the annual Oriental Weavers Trade/Retail Marketing plans, & manage budget spend
·  Design & manage the roll-out of the annual Product Development calendar with the associate launch activities across channels & media
·        Lead the Oriental Weavers Marketing research calendar to deliver insights for various Marketing initiatives
·        Analyze the performance of Oriental Weavers across all sales channels to come up with actionable insights to grow the business
·        Develop the annual Consumer Promotion calendar for Oriental Weavers, & oversee the rollout of each activity to ensure maximum ROI
·        Develop the annual Trade Promotion calendar for Oriental Weavers, & oversee implementation & performance (and making any necessary changes/improvements) across channels
·        Continuously review Oriental Weavers pricing/profitability across product groups/channels, & develop solutions for problematic areas
·        Support Oriental Weavers stores with necessary Marketing activities designed to spread awareness of key retail messages (in-store & in media) & increase consumer footfall
·        Lead team to study & implement business development initiatives to drive distribution & increase market share across different channels (including new ones)
·        Conduct periodical market visits to evaluate Oriental Weavers performance vs competition in terms of availability, visibility, pricing, & new product trends
Education & Qualification:
·        BA/BS degree in Marketing/Business Administration or a related field
·        Experience of 12-15 years in Marketing/Relevant Commercial assignments with at least 3yrs in a management role
·        Solid understanding of P&L, Trade/Retail Marketing & Product Development
·        Excellent Analytical, Communication & Interpersonal skills
·        Solid Budget Planning/Management Competency
