A French multinational and global leader in Electrical Manufacturing is hiring:

- Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

-Supervises and coordinates daily accounting operations within the Finance and Accounting Department to support the achievement of the overall departmental goals and objectives
-Manages the Accounts Receivable & ensuring accurate and timely submissions and follow ups
-Manages the Accounts Payable & ensuring accurate and timely submissions and follow ups
-Manages and provides expertise across the full spectrum of financial accounting roles and managing all day to day accounting transactions.
-Collates prepares and interprets reports, accounts, and financial statements within the required periods and in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
-Reviews all accruals for expenses
Prepares monthly TB & Financial statements
-Supports the Finance Manager in preparing the necessary documentation and reports for internal and external audits
-Reviewing and analyzing the petty cash expenses and other costs.
-Assists in the development, documentation, implementation, and improvement of financial policies and procedures
-Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that all policies and practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization
-Participates in the month/year end closing process
-Managing the relationship with tax authorities and external consultants, liaising with tax authorities for tax audits and other requests, and partnering with all departments
-Owning the system master data and managing any required updates on the system

Qualifications & requirements:
-BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
-10:12 years of experience in a Multinational company, industrial experience is a plus.
-Excellent computer skills on MS Office
-Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases
-Ability to multi-task
-Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
