Senior Cost Controller

Job Summary:
Cost controllers are responsible for managing the costs of producing goods and services, They work with a variety of different departments to ensure that production is happening as efficiently as possible, while also ensuring that quality standards are being met.

Duties/Responsibilities:
– collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
– Analyzing data collected and recording results.
– Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
– Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
– Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
– Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
– Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
– Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
– Assisting in Daily – Weekly – Monthly end close.
– Stock analysis all over the factory.
– Control all the industrial indicators.
– Manage industrial budget and follow up during the year with variance analysis.

Sales Follow UP
– Follow The Sales Volume Per Sales Organization and Chanel
– Calculate the Variances Vs. Target, Budget, Last Year
– Calculate the Average Sales Prices
– Analyze the Margin per sales organization and channel
– Analyze the Sales Per Van.
– Control the Branches (Sales Volume, Expenses, HC)

Marketing Follow UP
– Control Marketing Expenses Per Brand Vs. Budget
– Follow UP Marketing Expenses (Vs. Budget and LY)

Logistic Follow UP
– Control the Logistic Cost
– External rented
– Internal car Cost

Job Requirements/Abilities:
– 5+ years previous experience finance/engineering or relevant field in Cost Control System is a MUST.
– Experience with Accounting System, ERP Systems and cost and inventory systems.
– Have the knowledge of Costing concept.
– Should to have analytic Skills.
– Able to working on Manufacturing, Marketing & Logistic cost.
– Working on Budget and Forecast.
– 100% On Excel.
– Background of finance for P&L presentation.
– Certificates it’s a plus.
