*2-5 years of same field experience
* Bachelors degree in accounting
* Sound understanding of accounting principles
* Solid cost systems background
*Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
*Strong financial analysis skills
*Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data
*Superior knowledge of financial reporting software tools
