Job Description: -
· Responsible for the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews.
· Recruit white & Blue collars.
· Participate in job fairs.
· Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
· Responsible for the medical and social employee’s insurance file to editing, cancellation, and following up with the medical insurance provider.
· Manage & update the employee’s files.
· Assist in prepare HR monthly reports.
· Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.
Job Requirements: -
· 3+ years of experience (Fashion Retail Field Experience is a must)
· Very Good Command in English & Computer Skills.
· Ability to work & handle in a dynamic environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Decision Maker.
