We have a job opening for a "Procurement Engineer" who have a good experience in Water Desalination

Caliber will do the below:
-Recording Material requisition received .
-Searching new suppliers .
-Writing Request for Quotation .
-Negotiating prices with vendors .
-Responsible for assessing the needs of the company through material requisition received from all sites.
-Responsible to survey on the market in an attempt to locate the best quality merchandise and supplies at the lowest costs.
-Responsible for the most of the contracts needed to be signed with the subcontractors , the suppliers , either locally or overseas.
-Responsible to review any suppliers or equipment discrepancies that may appear and render advice on the courses of action as required.
-Responsible to follow up the implementation of purchase procedures.

*Requirements & Personal traits:
-BSc of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of solid experience in Water Desalination / Water Treatment.
- Negotiation skills.
- Business oriented.
- Passionate to have a new challenge
-Good user of ERP system is preferable .
-Good user of MS office.
