Senior IT Technical Support
Min Exp: 3-5 Years
Job Requirements
•Strong experience in Cloud Administration and Implementation, including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
•Experience in Linux Administration, including RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu servers.
•Experience in Hyper-V, and VMware.
•Good knowledge in scripts like PowerShell, and bash.
•Load balancing and High availability experience.
•Good knowledge in the installations and configuration of the web servers including Apache, nginx, and IIS.
•Good experience in (DNS, DHCP, Print Servers, and File Servers).
•Good experience in Windows Clustering.
•Installing and manage SSL Certificates.
•Knowledge of L2/L3 networking is required.
•Good experience in Terraform, Ansible, Git, and GitHub.
•Monitoring tools like Zabbix, DataDog and Grafana.
