Job Description

In accordance with the information below, Aman Group is looking to hire a personnel specialist:
Job duties:
· Support for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them. Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system.
· Establishing social and health insurance for the entire staff. Managing (overtime, attendance controlling, and any other transactions).
· Tracking employees Vacation balances.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree
· 1-3 years of experience in Personnel field.
· Very good communication skills
· High Computer skills (MS Office applications)
· Solid knowledge of labor law
· Max age : 30 years
