– Bachelor’s degree
– Fresh grads with at least 6 months of experience as a call center in tech support, desktop support, networking.
– Very good up to excellent English level.
– CCNA certification is a plus.
– Excellent knowledge of ADSL troubleshooting.
– Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
– Flexibility with 24/7 rotational shifts.
