GL / TAX MANAGER

Job Description
1. Monitors the company's consolidated budget to cover all company's central departments, plant and activities.
2. Studies all data, financial statements and financial reports to measure performance rates, profitability, and liquidity, prepares a report including his recommendations and submit it to the Finance & IT Manager.
3. Studies the (unsatisfied deviation) related to profitability compared to the planned and define its causes, suggest corrective actions & plans to be submitted to the Finance & IT Manager for amendments or approval.
4. Studies Company’s loans situation and cash flow and liquidity position to define cash shortage in addition to manage & control its surplus through finance or investing it.
5. Studies, investigates and recommends means of financing the new projects.
6. Suggests plans and time schedule for financing company projects based on his studies regarding company cash flow and its internal financing sources to minimize depending on outsourcing financing.
7. Contacts banks and financial institution to get offers to finance the company operations and negotiates these offers to reach the best terms and conditions.
8. Contacts banks for setting, renewal and liquidation of time deposits.
9. Studies outsourcing loans and take necessary decisions for the settlement of currency deals and financing agreements and their effects on company's processes and projects, compares these sources with the available and expected company's income, submitting these results to the Finance & IT Manager to take the proper decision.
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Days off : Friday & Saturday
Location : Fifth Settlement
