Job Responsibilities :

1. Collect cash, checks, and payments from customers

2. Handle all bank messengers receiving or sending checks.

3. Handle messenger’s transportation refund or any other expenses.

4. Payment of bills and recording and accounting for receipts and maintenance of records of all transactions on excel spreadsheets.

5. Depositing money and cheques in the bank regularly and maintain good relationship with bank staff.

6. Supports Ops and Finance with data and controllership.

7. Reconciles daily cash at courier level and closes debrief.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 0-2 years of Experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
