Sales Executive - erates
Location: New Cairo
Position: Sales Executive
Company: erates™ (freight forwarder company)
• Job responsibilities:
- Prospect, plan and conduct face-to-face visits/calls/emails with new prospective clients.
- Generate leads through social media, internet search tools, calls, visits and referrals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accounts are serviced to the highest potential.
- Make telephone calls per day to potential new clients or follow old clients.
- Manage and track all activity in our CRM, keeping all documentation up to date.
- Achieve KPIs for target.
- Mastering the implementation of selling steps (Prospecting, Preparation, Approach, Presentation, Handling objections, Closing, and Follow-up).
- Create and maintain good relationships with clients by providing assistance, guidance, and support.
- Be the voice of the client and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure we keep the client at the core of our product.
- Extensive Market research to Identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Supervisor to continue to optimise the sales process/activity for your market.
- Responsible to follow up and guide/push the "pricing/operation team" to finish (pricing/operation) process on time according the operation guideline.
• Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- From 2 : 3 years experience in ocean freight sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Competency in Microsoft (word, excel, and outlook).
