An Industrial company located in October is seeking for hiring a new Electrical maintenance senior engineer, with the following criteria in briefly:
– Preparing reports for monitoring department’s performance with providing technical guidance and direction.
– Create, implement and enhance preventive maintenance programs to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
– Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.
– Supervise all the hard facilities, systems inside the plant such access control or fire alarm … etc.
– Supervise daily routine operations, including employee performance, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
– Optimize supply levels to keep stock spare parts within ideal parameters for expected needs.
– Monitor priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management, delegating tasks to complete on time.
– Track employee attendance, punctuality and adherence, and address repeat problems quickly to prevent long-term habits.
– Monitor safety compliance to maintain strict standards and protect employees from harm.

Our ideal candidate should be:
– Bachelor degree in engineering Mechanical – Electrical.
– Working experience: from 5 – 7 Years in industrial field is a must.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point)
– Excellent Command of English language skills.
