Job Description
• Respond to inquiries about products or the company.
• Keep all clients in a professional relationship.
• Must answer customer phone calls and maintain email to follow up on contacts, sales, and queries.
• Meet sales targets and objectives on time.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the database.
• Keep track of calls and sales, as well as any useful information.
