Tomato Stores is now hiring:

” Data Entry ” ( Alexandria )

Job Description:
• Carrying out day to day data entering of new and updated products in the websites.
• Ensure that the products are mapped accurately and correctly
• Ensure that no duplications of products will be visible in the websites
• Review data and products for deficiencies or errors, correct any compatibles check output
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize files after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Job Requirements:
• Websites background
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written.
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• Maximum Age: 30
• Gender: Male
