Job Accountabilities:
• 1-3 Years of Experience as a Customer Service Agent or Telesales.
• Establish good relationship with users.
• Build a good communication channel between users and application platform.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits,
and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Attract new customers to use our application.
