Data Entry Specialist - Partner BDA

Data Entry Specialist

( Girls only )

As a Junior Data Entry, you will support daily data entry for work orders in order to prepare reports and results for my information system, as well as collect data from sites for data entry into the system. You will follow a customer service approach with the goal that the data you manage and the inputs will provide accurate reporting to all users - this is critical and will contribute to making powerful purchasing decisions as well as giving users insight into the present and forecast of future orders, economic trends and customer demand. You will be eager to take on challenges and develop your analytical capabilities as well as expand your knowledge and expertise through a variety of exciting projects.


Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting in-country operations for data collection and entry

Issuing weekly and monthly reports on the inputs

Understand the cost of operations by determining standard costs, and collecting operational data

Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data

Maintain data entry accuracy by entering, verifying, and backing up data

Protecting operations by maintaining the confidentiality of financial information

Enter the data related to the customer and the work order into the company system

Enter daily and weekly work progress updates to the database system

Enter timetable data and update in the database

Retrieval of data from the database or electronic files on demand or setting deadlines

Prepare regularly scheduled reports for the manager upon request

Support and work in parallel with the Document Control Department to upload the completed application documents

Comply with data integrity and security policies

Comply with all Prtner BDA procedures and policies

Contribute to team efforts by achieving relevant results as needed

Prepare presentations to help summarize budget results in a comprehensive and easy to understand format

Carry out other duties when dictated by business requirements as reasonably expected by the line manager


Qualifications

Study for a degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience (essential)


Expertise

At least one year of continuous experience in data collection and entry

Or two years apart

Working knowledge of real estate (desirable)

Working knowledge of a reporting environment and similar data collection (desirable)

Two years experience in a related field (desirable)

Skills, training and specialized knowledge

Computer literacy (including good familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook) - MS especially excels at creating spreadsheets using dashboard/pivot table (essential)

Proficient in written and spoken Business English (essential)


work nature:

* Working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm.

* Day off is Friday only.

* Work from the office, not remotely.

* Salary up to 3500 EGP
