Senior Account Manager - MaxAB

Job Responsibilities

• Establish long term relationships with the providers.
• Forecast Max-Pay needs from each provider
• Negotiate pricing with the providers
• Confirm orders upon Business Development Manager's approval and make sure Max-Pay requests are secured on time within the agreed SLA.
• Suggest new providers and services.
• Handle any challenges between the different departments and the service providers.
• Communicating and coordinating with the internal team to deliver solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
• Supporting the team to improve their performance and reach targets.
• Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.

Requirements

• Must Have:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook software
• Practice excellent time and project management skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
