Position Summary

To handle incoming calls and respond to emails and contact us "Website" requests covering the following services: Lead qualifications and Technical machine assistance, Order capturing. As well as conducting survey and service satisfaction assessments and creating quantitative and qualitative insightful reports covering all mentioned services

A day in the life of...

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to emails and contact us "Website" requests
  • Guide Nestle Professional customers through complains handling and other queries regarding Nestle products range and services.
  • Ensure cases are followed up with operational team on time resolving.
  • Handling received engagement to MENA region Consumer Care Center for different contact reasons and through various channels (Phone, Emails, Contact us forms)
  • Conduct Consumer/Customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Publishing daily dashboard operational reports
  • Create Campaign based analysis reports

What Will Make You Successful

  • Minimum 0:2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • An experience in call center would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical Skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
  • Can apply the Proactive Cooperation mindset on his/her daily tasks
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
