GnK Group is looking for Purchasing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
•Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
•Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
•Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
•Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
•Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products.
•Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
•Coordinating the stock distribution from the Warehouse to the restaurants
•Handling Transportation schedule.
•Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
•Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
•Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
•Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
•Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
•Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
•Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
•Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
•Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
•Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Requirements:
•Minimum 4 years of experience in fine dining restaurants is a must
•Degree in business administration or a related field.
•Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
•Supervisory and leadership experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
•Strong planning and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently.
