Maintenance -Mechanical Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
3Monitor work order status, follow up with maintenance mechanics to close open work orders in timely manner.
Review and provide recommendations to preventive maintenance program
Maintain manufacturing . perform at optimum performance level to meet production targets
Maintain HVAC Systems, USP Water, Boilers, Compressed Air, Hot Water and Electricity supply
Facility – Maintain facilities all the time to acceptable level of FDA, OSHA and environmental agency compliance.
Maintenance Budget – Support preparation for annual maintenance budget. Forecast major activities and approximate expenses.
Coordinates major shut downs with manufacturing and project.
Environmental related to manufacturing/production environments:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Location: 10th of Ramadan (city) Egypt
5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry with proven mechanical experience preferably at a similar Pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of mechanical, instrumentation, electrical and electronics concepts and its relationship to the following manufacturing equipment or their auxiliary systems
Knowledge on basic instrumentation troubleshooting that can include but is not limited to: motors, pumps, transmissions, transmitters, gages, recorders, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanic and/or instrumentation situations on process equipment
Knowledge in personal computers with exposition to: Microsoft (Windows, Words, Excel and Power Point)
