El Marakby Steel Group looking to hire a talented "Purchasing Engineer ,Mechanical Spare Parts"
Responsibilities
·Implement the procurement plan of needs - for mechanical spare parts to match the previously prepared schedule for all departments.
·Execute purchase operations and prepare purchase orders so that he can receive the items required in the supply orders in a timely manner for the requesting administration, in order to match the time specified, and to cover emergency needs.
·Follow up on a daily basis all the purchase requests received, so that the needs of all the departments that are dealt with them are met in a timely manner and to avoid delaying the purchase request.
·Periodically follow up the shipment of incoming goods and their arrival to the company until they are delivered in working hours without the company bearing additional burdens and benefit from them as soon as possible
·Create a strong, expanding and diversified base of suppliers for each category and updates it regularly to know new suppliers, agencies and distributors on a regular basis in order to negotiate well in addition to diversifying the supply.
·Ensure that the performance of suppliers improved in terms of quality of items and delivery dates so that the best quality obtained.
Requirements
·Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
·Experience: 1 - 3 Yrs. min experience in the same field.
·Proficiency in using of computer applications
·English: Good spoken & written
·Practical skills in implementing procurement plans.
·Supplier evaluation skills.
