Savola Snacks is seeking to hire URGENTLY: Trade Marketing Manager

Location: Egypt, Cairo

Job Responsibilities
Maximize sales by developing and implementing customer marketing strategies and plans which are in line with the company’s brand strategy to meet distribution and volume objectives and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the local business.
§ Develop B2C annual TM plan tailored for each channel & region in line with the marketing & sales plans & targets
§ Setting that framework & conditions of any customers loyalty program to ensure maximizing the sales loyalty
§ Continuous update of the in-store visibility, branding & activities in all B2C channels to block the competitors, increase & have our brands stand out in the pasta market
§ Develop pricing strategy & trade deals per SKU & channel in conjunction with sales, marketing and Finance
§ Ensure that all updated info & data are gathered from the market correctly & on time & communicated in the agreed-on reports to all the stakeholders
§ Continuous update to competitor price changes & activities to ensure sustainability of Pasta competitive pricing positioning
§ Manage third party merchandising operations with the B2C sales team through setting merchandising objectives, standards, reports, regular meetings & communication
§ Set planograms to ensure product visibility standards are implemented effectively & maximize our SS & imagery.
§ Assist sales management. In setting the sales KPIs, brands’ dist. & channels contribution targets
§ Maximize the ROI and ensure adequate levels of trade and shopper participation in conjunction with brand management, by developing, implementing and evaluating both trade and shopper activities tailored by channel & region in order to meet brand volume, share and profit objectives

Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, commerce…etc)
§ 8-10 years relevant experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG multinational or big local companies including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
