Role: Senior Social Media Specialist

Job responsibilities:
1. Support the day-to-day operations of the social channels in order to promote brand and products, including contents planning and fans operation;
2. Communicate with designers for getting a proper design for the post;
3. Reply user’s comments also private messages and collect users’ feedback;
4. Make weekly report to analyze to find advantages and disadvantages and make optimizations, and plan social contents;

Job requirements:
1. Be proactive creative and initiative at work;
2. Good at Excel, Word, PPT (better with basic understanding of PS and AI for communication with designer);
3. Proficient across of social media channel platforms(FB/IG/Twitter etc.) ;
4. Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team;
5. Native Arabic and English can be used in daily communication；
