Job Description

Human Resources Generalist
We are a reputable school that has around 1000 employees. We are looking for a candidate who can
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Execute the Recruitment process.
Provide employees & job candidates with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working hours, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.)
Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
Assist with payroll.
Conduct all issues relevant to the payroll system (Attendance, absence, penalties, new hires, bank accounts, resignations, annual increases, overtime, loans, social insurance & wages tax, etc.) on a monthly basis to ensure full reconciliation with the financial department.
Maintain and update employee database
Manages the update of employees' personal files to ensure compliance with labor and social insurance law.
Handle all hiring and termination procedures of employees: (employment offers & contracts, forms, medical insurance procedures, hiring documents, any termination-related internal documentation; signed resignations, social security forms # 1, # 6 & # 2).
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems, and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies and practices to effectively manage employee and labour relations
Administer the payroll closing, and apply any adjustments (if needed) to top management.
Audit regularly and approve salaries, proposed bonuses, and deductions, overtime, etc.
Job Requirements
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
Excellent communication and people skills
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Aptitude in problem-solving
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Additional HR training will be a plus
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

Experience Needed:4 To 6 Years
