Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish the process of implementing the systemic computation of maintenance differences.
Accountable for calculating the maintenance deficit for all PHD Clients Monthly/Quarterly.
Create monthly/quarterly report on residential association costs and provide it to the management.
Calculate the amount of interest that is owed on customer deposits based on the collection date.
Monitor the maintenance deficit collections.
Skills
Education

:

B. Sc in Commerce, Accounting

Work Experience 

:

5 years in relevant position, real estate background is plus

PC Knowledge

:

Excellent knowledge of Oracle and Excel is required
