with the below requirements:
1- Architectural engineer with experience from 12 to 15 years.
2- At least 3 years of experience at the same position.
3- Familiar with architectural design and presentations.
4- Familiar with coordination between all disciplines.
5- Experience in shop drawings, Q.S, materials, and invoices.
6- Managerial skills to direct and lead the technical and design teams.
7- PMP is an advantage.
8- Expertise in industrial facilities, residential compounds, and mixed-use buildings is required.
9- Keeping updated records of the project progress.
10- Solving technical problems that may be raised.
11- High communication skills with project stakeholders.
12- Preparing budgetary studies and cost estimation for projects.
13- Cairo residents are preferred.
