Job Description
– Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
– Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues and domain environment
– Knowledge of ticketing Systems
– support end-users remotely or over the phone
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
– CCNA and MCSA
– Good written and verbal communication (Arabic and English).
– ability to travel in and outside Cairo
– Cairo residents are highly preferred
