Tele Sales Specialist - Knawat

Job Description

• Identify Customers’ needs, Promote and up sell Knawat Subscriptions & Services through doing welcome Calls, qualifying questions, etc.
• Educate customers on the value of the Knawat services.
• Use sales CRM to ensure direction in the sales cycle.
• Follow up with merchants, Collect feedback and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• 2+ years of experience selling E-commerce solutions “B2B” and lead generation environment.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
• Very Good knowledge of English.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• A polite and friendly manner and positive attitude.
• Able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
