Tele Sales Specialist - Knawat
Job Description
- Identify Customers’ needs, Promote and up sell Knawat Subscriptions & Services through doing welcome Calls, qualifying questions, etc.
- Educate customers on the value of the Knawat services.
- Use sales CRM to ensure direction in the sales cycle.
- Follow up with merchants, Collect feedback and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- 2+ years of experience selling E-commerce solutions “B2B” and lead generation environment.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
- Very Good knowledge of English.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- A polite and friendly manner and positive attitude.
- Able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
