We are hiring for MEP construction company the following job:
 1_Senior Mechanical Engineer ( Experience : 7 Years )
Good knowledge of:
1. HVAC System design
2. Fire Fighting & Plumping System design.
Programs:
1. Microsoft office
2. AutoCAD
3. Revit MEP
4. HAP
5. ELITE
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and validating the design documents and systems & equipment sizing and BOQ’s for the pre-designed tenders and conducting quantity surveying(s) for the lump-sum items.
• Receiving and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor’s technical & financial offers and checking compliance with the tender requirements.
• Negotiating the technical issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor.
• Submit technical submittals & samples to clients / consultants and follow up till complete approval
• Review design drawings prepare workshop drawing
• Load estimation.
• Submit workshop drawings for approval
• Assist in solve any technical problems that appear in the project during project execution
• Attend some meetings with clients and consultants to solve technical problems in the projects
• Support during commissioning and startup which link with our projects Program
