HIRING!!! Recruitment Specialist
-Handle all the recruitment processes for blue and white collars starting from screening of C Vs selecting potential candidates for initial interviews and preparing shortlists for the accepted ones.
-Advertising all vacancies through various media channels and on ground.
-Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
-Scheduling technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with Line Managers and communicating it accordingly.
-With Bachelor degree, 2- 4 Years of experience in Recruitment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point). Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills
