ATA - Abdulmohsin Altheyab & Partners is hiring following position to join its team in Cairo, Egypt:

“Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cost Estimate”

Requirements:
- Architecture or Structure Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in Gulf area is a plus
- REVIT knowledge is a plus
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- V.Good writing and communication in English language

Responsibilities:
-Assist with all aspects of all disciplines pre-contract services through concept, schematic and detailed design phases inclusive of measurements, cost planning and production of BOQ for the projects.
-Assist with preparation of tender and contract documents
-Assisting in and contributing to value engineering and viability studies.
-Reviewing Design and tender package for preparing quantity requirements.
-Quantity Take-Off
