Site Manager - Gama Construction

Job Description
1. Study the project documents thoroughly (drawings, specs, BOQ...etc.) to determine the needed manpower, materials and equipment in coordination with the Project Management.

2. Participate in setting budget zero of the projects.

3. Send the needed resources plan to the concerned departments to start the mobilization and take the necessary actions based on their responses.

4. Set all the policies and procedures of the warehouse regarding the materials and equipment used throughout the project in coordination with the department.

5.Follow up the delivery of urgent materials and equipment with the Purchasing Department

6. Set an action plan to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or any emergency at the construction site in coordination with the Project Manager.

7. Coordinate with the Quality Control and Technical Office the procedures related to delivering the project to the consultant.

8. Prepare detailed reports regarding the activities performed by the Subcontractors according to the contract conditions to be sent to the Technical Office to prepare the invoices.

Skills
·         Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

·         12-15 Years of experience with relevant experience in Water Treatment Plants projects

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).

·         Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.

·         AutoCAD
