Job Description

Human Resources Generalist - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank

Academic and professional qualifications

Bachelors degree.

HR certificate is a plus

 

Experience and other requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:

Good Knowledge of HR policies.

Good Knowledge of Excel & MS office.

  • Years of experience

0 to 3 years of experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for the fulfillment of Employee inquiries including HR letters, statements…etc.
  • Handling the employment contractual relationship management (Contract renewals and probation periods management).
  • Managing the performance of the HR Service Centre to ensure efficiency through maintaining high level of accuracy and quality standards.
  • Monitoring the HR services tracker and ensuring frequent accurate reporting.
  • Making sure that the addition and cancellation process for both medical plans is handled properly according to the policy.
  • Responsible for handling medical services with the service providers.
  • Handle all on boarding & Off boarding tasks
  • Ensure accurate additions & deletions for medical insurance
  • Ensure all governmental tasks are implemented on time
  • And any other Assigned tasks.
