Account Manager- Real Estate
Experience Needed: More than 5 years in contracting
Career Level: Manager
• Supervising all accountants in the financial department.
• Follow-up book entry operations in the accounting records and books.
• Follow up the payment of the company’s dues to customers and suppliers’ debts.
• Ensure accurate examination of account balances (clients – banks – cash – suppliers) and make the necessary reconciliations
• Define goals for the account receivable team that are in line with the accounting department goals.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reviewing and analyzing invoices of all kinds.
• Preparing different types of financial statements.
• Make a report on the work summary
• Bachelor of Commerce
• An experienced user of MS Office.
• High ship captain skills.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Very good looking.
• Experience in contracting for at least 10 years
