Sinai Cement Company is hiring:
” Recruitment Section Head”.
Responsible for updating, controlling and maintaining Man Power Plan
Create, maintain and update all company’s job descriptions
Responsible for all recruitment activities, from posting vacancies, to screening CV’s, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidate’s profiles and hiring & Selection process.
Discuss and establish qualification requirements of employment with hiring managers.
Perform reference and background checks
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Responsible for company employer branding activities
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Responsible for the company’s talent programs including temp. Employees and internship programs.
Ensure maintaining connections with various recruitment resources (agencies, educational institutes, etc…) while giving the priority to our internal resources
Conducting exit interviews and follow-up on exit procedures for employees leaving the company.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree holder & at least 10 years of relevant experience .
