Job Description
BCI Egypt - Opportunity " HR Manager ” Location: 6th of October City - Giza How your day will look like:
- Review the organization chart and manpower plans with the Group HR Manager and review the yearly budget
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team in Egypt
- Manage administrative needs of the new employee to be ready when they start
- Develop, implement, and communicate BCI policies and procedures
- Ensure BCI HR policies and processes are current, conform to employment legislation
- Coordinate the performance appraisal, probation appraisal system and follow up with managers and employees to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the system
- Coordinate with line managers for TNA, conducting, organizing internal and external training sessions - Manage the career development process
- Manage employees’ records including hires, transfers, performance appraisals, attendance, and leaves
- Manage personnel issues such as leave forms, employment certificates, and other employee requests as per internal law
- Manage employees’ database and keep it updated with new hires and resignations
- Manage the Company’s HR function. Build a strong, competent, and loyal team that stands out in the industry in line with the company’s mission.
- Ensure the HR team’s effectiveness in regards to building a strong, competent, and loyal team that stands out in the industry in line with the company’s core values
- Manage BCI Admin. events and other extracurricular activities
- Managing admin. functions to provide the highest administrative services to the site Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, - Fluent command of the English Language & Computer skills
- Advanced Leadership and strategic thinking skills
- October residents or nearby area is preferred
