CPAS is looking for a Quantity & Specification Surveyor Engineer
Responsibilities:
·Prepare BOQ which includes the quantity, required materials’ specifications and estimated cost for architecture & structural departments
·Define projects' costing by identifying the direct cost, overheads, material’s cost and risk provision after consolidating the BOQs
·Issuing financial and technical reports
·Issuing compensations and claims for contractors
·Issuing payment invoices
 
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
·0 - 2 years of experience as QS Engineer
·Aware of Law No. 182-2018 for contracting act is preferable
·Very good computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office)
·Males only
