realme Egypt is hiring “Head of Marketing”
Location: New Cairo
Responsibilities for Marketing Leader:
* Lead the team of 5-7 members, and coordinate all the marketing sections (PR, Social Media, Community, and Graphic Design) to achieve the branding& marketing KPI；
* Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors, and manage the cost & proposal comparison;
* Organize new product launch events & marketing campaigns and lead the projects all the way through;
* Monitor the current competitor’s strategy & action, and develop practical marketing initiatives and industry insights;

Qualifications for Market Manager:
* 5+ years of working experience in the smartphones industry
* Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
* Proficiency in marketing plan drafting, agency development, and project management (WBS & Timeline drafting)
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
* Deep understanding of public relations
* Ability to quickly adapt to change
* Proficiency in spreadsheets and PowerPoint
