Architectural Design Manager
Is urgently needed for a Well-known Real Estate Development Company located in New Cairo as follow :
• Review and design architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Review detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 6-12 years of experience in Residential & Commercial and Mixed Use projects at consulting and development offices. 
• Must be an expert user of Revit & AutoCAD.
• Expert in Coordination between architectural design, structure drawings and MEP drawings, (study the trades design, solve conflicts, manager solution for problem, highlight the missing items in design and integrate final product in final package).
