BSc of Civil Engineering
+15 years of experience
Excellent command in written and spoken English is a Must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze complex financial data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data to determine past financial performance and/or project a financial probability.
• Interpret financial transactions and events for management to make economic or business decisions.
• Review costs and perform budget vs. actual analysis related to projects and operating expenses.
• Develop Generic Projects Cost Reports under Standard Work Breakdown Structures
• Prepare project cost estimate of resources and other expenses.
• Assist Project Planner in entering the cost estimate in the project plans as required.
• Liaise with Accounts Department to charge company’s overheads (indirect costs) according to company’s overhead allocation system/procedures.
• Revise project cost estimate at the end of every reporting period to generate ‘Forecast at Completion’.
• Perform cost analysis and advise project leaders on cost over-runs in a timely manner.
• Record cost information in project database using standard cost structure and utilize this cost database for future project cost estimation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• BSc. Of Civil Engineering
• +10 years of experience
• Good experience in FIDIC & Lump sum contracts
• Knowledge of commonly used contract types (e.g. firm fixed-price, labor-hour, cost type).
• Working knowledge of price analysis sufficient to analyze a proposal or bid using historical data, commercial catalogs, price lists, etc. to ensure price reasonableness
• Skill in cost estimating.
• Skill in negotiating, writing and interpreting contractual agreements.
• Skill in negotiating contract prices and terms with contractors.
• Skill in Claims analysis.
• Skill in analyze information, problems, conditions, situations, and policy and procedures
• Skill in read and comprehend material such as contracts, ordinances, legislation, policy and procedures, directives, and manuals
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English is a Must.
• Ability to recognize deviations from contract specifications and provisions

+10 years of experience

Qualification and skill requirements:
• BSc. of Civil Engineering
• 1-7 years of experience
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office – ETABS- AutoCAD –Revit- Drafting tools)

BSc. of Mechanical Engineering
3-7 years of experience
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office - AutoCAD - Revit- Drafting tools)

BSc. of Mechanical Engineering
3-7 years of experience
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office - AutoCAD - Revit- Drafting tools)

BSc. of Architectural Engineering
+5 years of experience
Software:
• AutoCAD.
• 3Ds Max, Vray, Lumion, Revit, & Adobe Photoshop
• Animation, grasshopper& rhino are great addition.

Bachelor degree in any relevant field
+5 years of experience in industrial projects
