Specialist Customer Services - Dell Technologies

You will:

  • Respond to and resolve customer queries through multiple communications channels
  • Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through outstanding personalized support
  • Support leadership to effectively improve the overall service levels provided to the customer
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and direction to other team members

Essential Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • English fluency is a must
  • Strong knowledge of products, customer service, policies and procedures
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role, providing remote IT support
