1-MEP Procurement Engineer
Job Details
Experience Needed: 4 To 6 Years
Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree.
Gender: Male
Job Description
-  getting the best MEP quality with the best price within the target dates from the suppliers and get new subcontractors when needed.
·   Monitor progress of work on site to align the performance of the Electrical works in the building.
·   Perform tasks within defined schedules and project budgets.
·   Assign tasks to the foremen to proceed with the daily work.
·   Align with different trades regarding any conflicts on site.
·   Study new shop drawings and clarify all the spotted issues.
·   Inspect all finished works from foreman and site engineer.
·   Responsible for planning and design in the area of Mechanical system including developing drawings, inspection procedure and evaluation tools for MEP matters along with prepare, review drawing, specification for the mechanical tasks.
Skills & Tools
·   Able to analyse technical documents and specifications to understand critical requirements.
·   High-level verbal and written communication skills.
·   Proficiency with office software, specifically Microsoft Excel or similar programs.
·   Influencing and negotiating skills.
·   Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Job Requirements:-
·   Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechanical & Electrical).
·   5-10 Years of experience.
·   Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
·   Auto CAD
·   Revit.
·    High level of analytical skills.

2- Quality Surveyor Engineer ( QS )

Experience Needed: 5-10 Years
Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Gender: Male
Job Description
-   Reviewing constriction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
-   Quantity Survey & variation order.
-   Prepare Post-Tender clarification when required and attend Post-Tender meetings.
-   Attend Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting.
-   Evaluation and assessment of Subcontractors and suppliers.
-   Prepare annually Tender Appraisal Report (or when it is necessary)
-   Reviews and Assist in the preparation of technical submissions to the Clients if needed
Job Requirements:-
·        Bachelor of Architecture Engineering
·        5-10 years’ experience
·        Experience in the field of construction, fit out and finishing.
·        Sound knowledge of constriction.
