Senior Civil and Arch. Contracts Engineer 
 
Requirements:
·       Mini 7 years of experience in the same field
·       Bsc. In Civil or Architectural Engineering
·       Experience in the construction work field
·       Experience in legal concepts of construction contracts and significant contractual clauses   
·       Excellent Computer Skills 
Very Good English
Responsibilities:
Prepare Sub-Contractor database briefing Works history, official documents, Qualifications of Human Resources to facilitate selection process.
Prepare Quotation Request according to the project’s requirements clarifying technical specifications, special requirements, and BOQ.
Submit Quotation Requests to the Companies & Sub-Contractors approved by the management.
Compare between offers covering the technical and financial aspects to select the best that can suit the project needs. 
Handle negotiation with subcontractors through win-win solutions within the company policy for payment and cash flow.
