The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Science is seeking to hire a English Call Center to join our team!
• welcome customers professionally and responding to their inquiries.
•Researching required information using available resources.
•Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
•Providing customers with the academy’s service .
•Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
•Bachelor degree in communication and foreign relations or Business Administration English section or a related field .
•0-3 years of experience
•Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Word )
• Excellent in English
Location: Mohndseen-GiZa- Egypt
•Fixed Shifts (from 9:00 to 5:00)
•2 days off(Friday and Saturday)
